I needed some RX eye drops for my baby for her ears after getting tubes and the friendly staff got us set up in just a few days what would have taken WG and CVS 2 weeks. I’m done with big box and this is our new spot. Friendly staff, greeted me as I came in, it was a fresh breath of air to shop here. I’ll be back.

The staff at Blue River Pharmacy saved us when CVS let us down. CVS didn't have a much needed medication in stock and we didn't find out until about 5 hours after it was called in. That's somewhat understandable given the current state of the job market. The issue is that the staff at this particular CVS pharmacy are no longer answering their phones, which means another pharmacy couldn't not reach them to transfer and fill the prescription. Blue River Pharmacy worked hard to get the prescription and get it filled for us. They treated us like people with a need instead of like just another bottle

So happy to have switched to Blue River Pharmacy. Today, I had a text notification that my prescription was ready for pick up within 35 minutes of leaving the doctor's office. The staff is always super friendly, and the auto refills and text notifications make it easy to stay current with our medications.

My parents were visiting from out of town and we needed a shower chair for them. I had never even thought about shower chairs, let alone shopped for one. The staff at Blue River Pharmacy knew what questions to ask and had the perfect shower chair. They have a great selection of mobility aids to assist you at home. And they couldn't have been any nicer or helpful. Top notch service. Thank you.

Recently switched from Kroger Pharmacy to Blue River Pharmacy about 2 months ago and wondering why I didn't switch sooner. I have never had to wait in any long lines, they text me when my prescriptions are ready, they always have what I need in stock, and they are friendly on top of everything else. I went from spending around $150 per month for all my meds to less than $75 per month. So happy that I decided to give them a chance. I will never go anywhere else now!

The customer service is second to none with the entire staff. I called after I couldn't find my medication that I had picked up earlier in the day and the staff didn't argue with me or anything. In fact they quickly offered to have the same medication delivered AT NO CHARGE to me at work. That to me was completely amazing & I will not be using another pharmacy anytime soon. I am staying with Blue River!!

Don't expect to get courteous service here. But they do have a wide selection of products within the pharmacy. I've visited here twice and both times the people behind the counter were rude and the second time I waited nearly 15 minutes for them to wait on me. Filling prescriptions seems to be their only focus.
Update: Shortly after my initial post, the owner of the pharmacy reached out to me to discuss the issues I posted. I can say now he is dedicated to quality customer service and indicated he is constantly working to improve in that regard. His pharmacy has high quality products for sure
