Who or What is Energy One? We started out as a small fuel oil company in 1945 serving our family, friends, and neighbors. As the years passed, we built a strong bond with our customers. They came to rely on us for many home improvement referrals because of our dedicated service and honesty. In the early 1980's we decided to extend our service offerings to gas heating, electric heating, and air conditioning.
In the mid 90s, we created a plumbing division and dedicated a separate division to installation work with design/build project capabilities. Recently, we expanded our HVAC department to include sheet metal fabrication and installation. Our ability to self-perform the design, installation, and service allows us to control the quality of workmanship from start to finish.

In periods of high volume, usually when temperatures are extremely cold or hot, we prioritize our response. We encourage you to set up an account in order to ensure service when you need it the most. Our techs and drivers will arrive in an Energy-One branded vehicle. All of our staff are trained, licensed, dressed professionally, and will be wearing an Energy-One picture ID.

After six other companies refused to do the work because it was deemed too difficult, Energy One took on the task of replacing the old, failed HVAC system in my condo. I was very happy with my entire experience with Energy One from start to finish. From the estimate to the installation EVERYONE showed up on the day they were scheduled and on time. (I'm having a lot of work done on my house and I can't get ANY contractors to show up when they say they are going to.) They were all very nice and professional and did a great job with the installation and explanation of the operation of the equipment. They left my home spotless when they finished. I'm very happy and impressed with everything. I have already recommended them to several friends and coworkers!

Energy One completed a large hvac job for my commercial condo units. They were a pleasure to work with, very responsive and willing to work around schedules for the least business disruption. They also cleaned up the work area very well. Most importantly, I received 2 quotes for this job and Energy One's prices were $17,000 less! When they said they would come/call, they did. Very reliable. I highly recommend.

Although I am not currently a customer, I feel compelled to write a review. I am currently a customer of Petro and am locked into a contract with them for the next year. Petro has horrible customer service, extremely high prices and I fully intend to drop them as soon as my contract expires. However I was under the impression that my contract was expiring sooner so I started calling around looking for other home heating oil companies in the area. Energy One is such a customer service oriented company - it is so refreshing to have this kind of service in a modern world where most, these days, tend not to care so much about detail. Attention to detail here is second to none. I switched to Energy-One from a leading larger company in RI. Not only was my bill lower but the service was ten times as professional and reliable. They service our heating and AC and recommend and replace filters for our allergies too. I would highly recommend this company and all of their employees across the board. Worst company I ever dealt with in my life. This company has for the second time delivered oil to me when I never purchased any. After the first time this happened I personally called to tell them I wish to no longer be a customer of theirs. Now they just put oil in my home for the second time without my consent. I will be contacting the better business bureau and Dept of business regulations if this is not fixed immediately. I will provide them with all phone records to show that I never made this purchase, besides the fact that I am not even a customer of theirs and my info was supposedly purged
