Mina Flower Design

Don't waste your money taking her classes, she uses dead flowers as material. She is rude and the only thing that she cares about, is how much money she can get out of you. Santiago Canyon and Santa Ana college should remove her from their courses lists.

I love this place because it's super reliable. Last year, I had a Valentine's Day bouquet not show up (thank you FTD) and only realized late in the evening that the delivery never happened. I decided to scrap the online floral services and call here directly. It was expensive but my flowers got where they needed to go this time and my mother was in love with her bouquet. Another time, I just ordered via their online shop early in the morning and my flowers were delivered a few hours later.

I needed 11 individually wrapped roses asap. Mina had them done in 15 minutes and her price was exceptional. She even gave me an addition flower. Thank you for helping me make my production staff feel special on Mother's Day. I will definitely return.

Mina is very knowledgable about her orchids and they (the orchids) seem to be her forté at least in our experience thus far. We'll definitely be keeping in touch with her about questions we have or any other concerns about our flowers. Our new favorite flower shop!

I walked in to see her work and she was very rude. Told me to walk in to the fridge to see some arrangements for sale but she wouldn't be able to talk to me, she told me to go to the website and schedule an appointment. At this point I knew she lacked people skills. Anyway so I went in to the fridge and I kindda like one arrangement that she said were for sale so I took a picture and on my way out I asked for the price. She was just plain rude "I told you I can't answer any questions, make an appointment"

Will never go anywhere else for flowers. Easy to find the shop and the owner was kind and helpful. Great service!!!
