Gemma has been practicing and living the yogic lifestyle for over 20 years. As graduate of the SamYoga Institute of Columbus, Ohio, Gemma blends her knowledge of therapeutic yoga, Ayurveda, and psychology with her background as a caregiver to offer a truly individualized experience. Renee has taught yoga, meditation, and various healing/energy modalities for over 25 years.
CST is a light touch, approach to releasing deep-seated tension. It can be very beneficial for pain relief while encouraging the body to relax and self-correct. Reflexology serves to reduce stress and tension, improve blood supply, unlock nerve impulses, and create balance in the body. This is achieved by applying gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the hands, feet, or face.
Gemma will guide you through a well-rounded hatha yoga practice including centering, breathing t. Wind down with a blend of gentle joint releases, deep breathing, yin and restorative yoga postures. This class is designed for students who feel very comfortable with the basics of hatha yoga and have a desire to deepen their practice.
