Services
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure. In this phase we use BIM to inform project planning by combining reality capture and real-world data thus generating context models of the built and natural environment.

We have had the pleasure of working with Paul Pellicani from Architect’s Loft on the opening of a family owned and operated escape room facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Throughout the process, Paul’s professionalism, expertise, and quick responses to all of our questions exceeded expectations. He provided a plethora of ideas and invested so much time in help making our dreams reality. During the final inspection phases, field inspectors complimented Paul’s drawings and plans, citing their details and easy-to-follow formatting.

We took a recommendation from a friend who was very satisfied with Architects Loft. We are so happy we did because they helped us every step of the way build our dream home. The whole experience was not only professional but exactly what we had asked for at our initial meeting. Paul (the owner) designed our project and helped us through the whole process of permits through final inspection and beyond! We even finished on time and nearly (we added a few things last minute) on budget. I would highly recommend this firm for anyone looking to renovate OR build a new home!
