We currently service clients within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento, California. We may also consider extending our service area on a case-by-case basis.

The French Penny was born when I decided to take on the role of floral designer for my own wedding. After 25+ years experience and expertise as a business project manager I wanted to use this as a way to reconnect with my creative side. I enrolled in college floral courses and private workshops. At this same time I also began collecting Depression Era stemware, silver flatware, and elegant china dinnerware for our reception.
