Update to a review I made about 8 months ago: Cousins Towing and I went to the Greenville County Courthouse on Friday, April 27, 2018. We agreed to a payment plan for them to reimburse me for damages they did to my vehicle, while they were towing it. I am giving them a two star rating for now. I will give them a higher rating once they reimburse me in full.

Please do not ever call these people for a tow. I called these guys at exactly 2:00pm and didn't receive a tow truck until 4:30 . I needed my car at the shop before 5pm before the shop closed. This guy finally came to my house and was so rude and disrespectful. He told me that it wasn't his fault that he was late and didn't want to apologize or anything for the inconvenience.. I was so so mad. Then he had the nerve to tell me to call and get another tow truck service since I was asking why it took so long. He put his truck in drive and drove directly out my drive way.
