I called around to find a printer that could print and mount a last minute project. Needed to have it in hand on the same day I made the request, which was 5 hours before the EOD...and 2 hours later I get a call from Icon Signs letting me know it was ready. Hands down the best sign company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. From beginning process (with Beth the graphic designer who was an absolute pleasure to work with) to the install (with Mitch who just has the best attitude and customer service skills you could hope from from an installer) Icon Signs met and exceeded my expectations. I got exactly what i asked for and I did not have the knot of dissatisfaction in my stomach after our signs were installed. Quite the opposite!

One of their guys came in to install LED panels into our facility. He got injured and another associate of his came in and proceeded to tell me how installing our LED panels was 'cursed' and was one of the worst jobs he has ever had to do because it was so difficult.
When he finished, we bought a remote to control the LED panels- and for story's sake, we will call this remote #1. Later on, he gave us remote control #2 and took back remote #1- a remote we paid for.
