I would advise no one to have any dealings with this man. I bought a home and he was the listing agent and he was very rude to my agent. I did the final walk thru and my ac unit was completely frozen when I seen this it made me have second thoughts. I paid 2 out of three were repeatable HVAC companies and they all came back that the HVAC unit was no good due to the age it was 2004 and the government stop them from being made and the use of R22 Freon. Also all the companies made us aware that if we were to turn on heater it would catch a fire. This man is in the wrong profession. Please

My wife and I moved into a rental home that was far from acceptable. Gene stood firm that it was up to his standards even as the evidence was compounding against him. His two associates were a little more apologetic, but they were overwhelmed with the amount of work it required. In the end, he did the right thing and begrudgingly allowed us to break the lease and refunded what we paid (hence the extra star).

Took possession of house and paid $1000 dollars to clean out trash and junk. Refrigerator written into the contract switched out with a different one. Offered no help until our agent got the listing agent to chip in $300 for clean up. Nice way to run a business. Maybe if I would have bought a million dollar house I would have had a better experience.
