We hired RFMC a few years ago for our patio cover, 50 Year roof, and windows for the entire 2 story house plus the sliding door. We spent over 20 thousand dollars with this company. We contacted them because we had 2 windows fail. They told us that they don’t keep records after 5 years. This makes absolutely no sense since they claim the windows have a lifetime warranty. We’ve also been looking closely at their workmanship and it’s very poor. The screws are showing inside window frames.
Then they told us that we had to contact the manufacturer and we did. They asked for the original warranty

If you want quality materials and a product that will withstand go with someone else. The patio was very expensive and I paid cash. The patio is rusting, falling apart and RGMC could care less. A rep reached out to us and promised to look into the several issues we experienced its been about 3 months still no callback. The company will not stand by their work and the material/finished product will not last!!!! I wish I had the option to select no stars.

My family has used RFMC construction for several projects at our property. Each time I have had a great experience. Work is completed on time and on budget! I have requested minor changes during the process and each change was documented in a change order and the cost was accurate and changes done correctly. The company employees were always friendly and professional. We will be working with this company for future home improvements and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Richard Neumann came out to provide an estimate which he did a very thorough job of explaining the product and process of installing our pergola. These folks were really busy and it took a few months to get it scheduled. I had issues getting other contractors for concrete and mason work. Richard happily provided references in which these trades were stellar. I couldn't get a single contractor to install my gas line. RFMC was able to add this to their work. They did a fantastic job and am happy with the results. The only drawback was communication. Workers would be pulled to other jobs. Ultimately

I met with a tech the last week in May to get a bid. It has been almost 2 months now and I still don't have the bid. I have called a few times and I was told they are waiting for the manufacturer. Then I called about a week ago and was told the bid would be emailed to me, but it never came. When I first met with the tech he told me they are super busy right now because people are home due to covid and are working on their home projects. I guess they are too busy for me.

Absolutely I'd recommend RFMC, Inc. They were kind professionals in many ways, cleaned the area as they continued the work, they listened to what it was we wanted, they were very helpful in designing features. Our finished patio became an extension of our home as a outside room with Fans & Can lighting.

Ok in response to RFMC remarks about the job they did on my patio. The owner of the company said I wanted him to work on an adjacent patio that was not in our contract. YES I DID... they cut it back way too far, they were not suppose to even touch it. He gave me two credits before they even poured concrete. One for leaving nail embedded debris all over my yard. The second one was for a tile medallion that was set in concrete in the center of my old patio that was to be kept and set into the new patio concrete. The demo crew wasn't told anything about saving it so it was ruined. From what one

Had a patio cover installed in March of 2018. Started off a little shaky at first though. Our original appointment for our estimate was supposed to be in the afternoon. I waited around for about two hours before the estimator called and said he got cought up with a client and wouldn't ba able to make it and he would call tomorrow to reschedule. I waited about a week before I called back to schedule another appointment and figured the guy was just busy and forgot. No big deal.

First I must say I have been a long-time customer and used them for several projects over the past 20 years and was always more than satisfied. This time not so much. I hired them for a pergola. Caleb showed up and helped with the design we wanted. He had to be convinced that we did not like his ideas; that we had our own idea. He measured and made a drawing that looked good. But when the project was finished, it looked nothing like what we wanted. Indeed, it did not even look like Caleb's drawing. To add insult to injury, they broke the low-voltage sprinkler wire even after being warned

RFMC did an outstanding job on tearing down our old patio and installing the new one. They even assembled and installed the fans at no extra charge. The 2 man crew worked hard and were very courteous. Initially, they told us it would take a couple of days to install but were able to finish in one day. We highly recommend them!!~ :)

From start to finish, our experience with RFMC Inc dba Patio Kings was amazing. Caleb came to our home, gave us he estimate and walked us through the entire process. Everything went as planned and our 40ft Insulated Patio Cover with 3 ceiling fans was installed. We LOVE our new cover and will recommend Patio Kings to all our friends
