When I decided I wanted an obscure car (2019 VW E-Golf), Tranum just happened to be the only dealership in the Austin area that had one. Originally went in just to test drive, but I fell in love with the car.
Caitlyn Coleman was very knowledgeable about VWs and SOO amazingly kind. She expedited the process and I drove the car home that day! I am still in contact with her for all my random questions and she has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the car and the service. The entire staff was super nice and welcoming as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Thanks Tranum!

Just bought my truck from Tranum and it was a good experience. Ron was helpful and professional. Had someone offer $3k above the asking price in the midst of us negotiating after I had already spent 4 hours there and paid for my own pre-purchase inspection, and Ron and the GM stuck with me which I very much appreciated.

First of all, let me tell you about my boy Mr. Dan the man! The guy is a cut, dry sales man, and I absolutely love it! We bought a 2017 raptor, and every step of the way, Dan, and Adam, was on point! They are having our Ford Raptor looked over, and putting new brakes and rotor on, bc it didn’t pass their company standards! I absolutely love Dan, aka Mr. Green. Adam is very humble, and willing to walk through the numbers with you! Very good buying experience for us.

I work long hours so I filled an application online for a vehicle let me just say I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and touch bases.. I expected to hear back within the second day with my approval or denial but talk about wow it’s been three days I called multiple times and there response is I’ll give you a call back or let you know what my manager says.. my Selection Specialist Ron Caines was very terrible with Communicating i had the funds and didn’t even bother to check or let me know what the status was..I wish I had went elsewhere before I let them run my credit

They state that Service department goes through a thorough inspection of the vehicle before putting it on the lot. Salesman stated when we went to look, that the SUV had a hitch receiver. Why should we have to stand in the lot dismantling the vehicle to prove or disprove what we are being told. Went through with the purchase. Only to find out no receiver . Called them, was instructed to call the service department. The gentleman in service, also stated he thought it had a receiver. Said he would need to talk to the manager, and call us back. That was Saturday, still no return call by Tuesday.
