Wedding number three and each one was unique and perfect. Each one of my daughters visions was captured beautifully in flowers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Carolyn is AMAZING. I know nothing about flowers at all, but sent her some inspiration from Pinterest and she created a DREAM wedding. The flowers, arbor, aisle markers, cake, and centerpieces were absolutely stunning and she charged a very affordable price. She was easy to contact, kind/professional, and showed up early on our wedding day. When things were not properly set up for her by my venue, she stepped into gear and put it all together before we even arrived! I absolutely recommend Graser's for your wedding or any event!
As more photos come in, I will add to the review!

Beautiful Flowers arranged by thoughtful people. My mother had to be hospitalized recently and was not allowed visitors because of the pandemic. I called Graser's and when they delivered the flowers she had been moved to a new room and my mom never received them. The next day she was released and Graser's had new flowers delivered to my mom's house which is an hour away. The bouquet was gorgeous and is still looking great a week later. My mother loves sunflowers and I truly believe their arrangement has helped in her healing process. They are a thoughtful and warmhearted business that go beyond

This is by far the best florist, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and helpful, Carolyn has come through for me many times over! If you don't want an item you see online, you can trust them to go with what they have available that day to make up a beautiful presentation for you. The last arrangement Carolyn had prepared and sent to my cousin (I kid you not), I was still being thanked for 3 weeks later! She would remove the more delicate flowers, like the Rose's, and the hardier, longer lasting amaryllis and mums and such, just hung in there, looking lovely. She still has the

I cannot say enough good things about Graser's Florist. Being a regular customer, I am comfortable enough to only say what the occasion is and a price range and I let the professionals choose the rest. I have never been disappointed.

I called out of state and the woman on the phone could not have been nicer, she was so accommodating and described exactly what I wanted. In reality, I'm sad to say I was so disappointed. I asked for a bouquet of sunflowers and they estimated that they had 6 sunflowers left for my arrangement. It ended up being 2 sunflowers and 2 carnations plus greens for $56. Very disappointed.

It's Valentines Day and I really don't want to say what I have to say. However, I am going to take the advice of the owner of Graser's florist who said "Well, you may not want to say it, but just say it. I have other stuff to do." So here are my issues . . . in writing.

I ordered online the deluxe Teleflora's Sapphire Skies Bouquet. This bouquet (after fees) cost $107.50. I have uploaded the picture I saw online. What was delivered to my boyfriend today . . . well, just see the other photo.

1.) The arrangement is much smaller than in the picture. The owner stated

I went in there for the first time ever - I had no idea they were even there like someone else said I just go get sausages next-door usually.

But I did a search on yelp (yay) for florists and it took me here and I gave it a shot and was well worth it. I met a young lady recently and I wanted to give her something simple to impress and for $25 I got a lovely hand-picked bouquet. Will definitely go back again.

Great local florist! Lovely attention to detail and can provide great arrangements for all needs. Also, the Amherst Street location has a parking lot which is super helpful for quick and last minute pick ups.

An arrangement can represent so many things. I wanted an arrangement to honor my dearly beloved grandmother. I wanted a tropical arrangement, vibrant, and happy. There were no pictures but a description of what I wanted. I put my faith in creativity. The arrangement was better then I'd imagined. The arrangement stood out amongst the many others. The service was great. This has been my third sympathy purchase, I have not been disappointed once.

I stopped to Spars a dozen times and have never been in Graser's Florist. Today seemed like the perfect day.

I asked if they had any small bouquets and the owner offered he always has $12.99 cash and carry special. For $13, it was full and pretty impressive, but I let him know I was looking to spend a little less and get just a few flowers as a surprise. He asked my budget (~$5), went into the back room and came out with the perfect small arrangement of about a dozen mixed flowers and greenery. Some hadn't even bloomed yet. Cashing out it wasn't even $5.00.

I reside out of town and decided to try Graser's Florist instead of a competitor. Graser's came highly recommended by a friend that used them a bit in the past. I ordered a mother's day arrangement based on a picture posted on the website. I must say that pics sent to me of my mother's arrangement, were VERY unsatisfying. I understand that substitutions may have to be taken based on availability of supplies, which I opted for. But this arrangement was pretty, but very sparsely arranged and not very neatly put together. While I realized it may not look exactly like the pic posted

Had to write an update after coming here for Valentine's Day. Although they seemed swamped, they were able to make a bouquet for me in under fifteen minutes and under $15. It was such a beautiful bouquet and I mentioned to the man at the counter that my girlfriend is a friend of daisy's so he cheerfully put a ton of daisy's in the bouquet.

To top it off, they had cute little Happy V-Day notes and envelopes that you could grab for free. I took a few and hid them around the house for my love to find. Thanks for making it so easy, Graser!

I wanted to send a really nice bouquet of flowers to my grandmother for her 90th birthday today. I live in New York City and went online to find the closest florist to her home. Graser's had good reviews, was in Amherst and had a nice fall assortment of flowers online so I chose them.

I ordered the 'blossoms in vogue' bouquet and vase for her. The picture claimed to be the standard size. It was stunning but I wanted them to be extra special so I ordered the deluxe version of this arrangement.

When my aunt sent me a photo of the flowers once they arrived I was appalled... Carnations

Thank you for the beautiful arrangements you prepared for our mother's funeral. You really captured her spirit in each of the 4 arrangements you delivered. The casket arrangement was fantastic. Everything was in place on time and the special attention you gave our commemorative banner was much appreciated. You made it so easy and we felt as though our mother was as special to you as she was to us.

This review is written, not by a store visitor, but someone who needed to get flowers to Buffalo from Arizona and had a wonderful customer service experience.

I called Graser to get flowers delivered to a very helpful friend of mine who would then deliver them personally to the opening of another friends show. Do you follow that? Well, luckily, the person I talked to did. It was a bit of a debacle trying to figure out the logistics of how to get them to the final destination and the intermediary, but Carolyn (the aforementioned person talked to) was of immense help. She even said that she

Recently I was faced with sending a funerary wreath in honor of my uncle. He was also my godfather, and though I hadn't seen him much in recent years, he was a big part of my childhood.

To be honest, I put off sending the wreath. I didn't want to think about it, and I woke up on the morning of the funeral knowing I couldn't wait any longer.

I found Graser Florist on Yelp and decided to try them out. Carolyn, who helped me select a wreath, was helpful and very considerate. She made an unhappy task much easier to deal with, and the wreath was lovely.

Jim is a wonderful, caring florist - I have been in meetings with him for hours with brides and he is never impatient and always has great ideas about how to make a vague vision a beautiful reality. I use him all the time for my business and really appreciate him going the extra mile.
