Jason was so amazing! I called around 11AM and had no idea of what I was looking at, if anything. He gave me his cell and told me to send him pictures. He responded right away and an hour or so later he was at my house checking the problem. Turns out it wasn't what I thought (thank goodness). But he was so knowledgable on the subject and was truly helpful! Other companies around here were charging me crazy prices just to come and look, while this company was so reasonable. So regretful we gave this company any of our money! We were required to get a pest inspection done for our mortgage to go through, and after calling around they were the first to be able to stop by, so we went with them. Jason was only in our new house for about 10 minutes and without even going anywhere but one floor the guy found no termites and still told our mortgage company we should get treated. So happy we decided to ask a second opinion from another company who searched for 45 minutes for the termites and told us we were definitely in the clear. This company is a huge rip off, who will

Called Premier after my former pest control company failed to show up yet again. They did a comprehensive intake and walked my home inside and out. They offered suggestions on maintenance I could do to eliminate potential problems and then offered a very competitive quote (a bit cheaper than my previous company). They've been here twice since I signed with them and I couldn't be happier.
