Well recently I went to Lariche in Findlay and I was very disappointed. I was trying to trade my car in and buy another but Lariche only went thru one bank and they didn't even really try to help me find a financier they just gave me some sob story as why they couldn't help me.I purchased there before and they gave me a good deal now they won't even try to help. Wow I would of recommended you guys to anyone but not anymore. You guys wouldn't even try .you have more places to go thru to get me financed but you didn't wanna do your job. Sincerely dissapointed.

Horrible experience. Their service center provides the most horrible customer service possible. Brit, a service employee, straight up lied on multiple occasions to my face and over the phone. Would not help when I asked simple questions or gave attitude when I ask if I could get clarification on an issue. Multiple times she said she would do something then never did. When asked to contact another dealership to get information on am issue she said she would not do it. This is exactly why people dislike dealerships and this experience was so much worse than I had hoped for. I was recommended to come

LaRiche is a joke. If you don't know someone who already works there then you won't get the job. They hire very inexperienced people who already know people. There salesmen don't know ANYTHING about the cars they sell. Ive bought a car TWICE from LaRiche and each time the salesman had to look at the sticker on the window to answer my questions about the car. (Car was new btw) Absolute bogus car dealer with an outrageously expensive service department. Save yourself from working here or even buying here. If you're looking for a Chevy go to Chesrown Buick GMC Chevrolet in Delaware

The most unbelievable customer service. My father purchased a car he found on their website. The sales person Brett Frake, arranged for delivery and it was shipped to Florida. Upon receipt there were a few things my father found that weren't disclosed before delivery and the delivery charges were a bit off. Not only did Mr. Frake make sure that the delivery charges were corrected, they even took care of the issues found. My father was so impressed with the follow up, the honesty and integrity of the sales staff and Nicole. A-plus experience!
