From no longer feeling confident when speaking and smiling, avoiding certain foods because they are difficult to chew, to even having difficulty saying certain words.
At Spring Complete Care Dentistry, we understand that a dental emergency requires immediate attention. For this reason, Dr. Tan understands the importance of leaving time in his schedule to care for those in need of urgent dental care. In most cases we will be able to accommodate a same-day or next-day appointment.
Spring Complete Care Dentistry believes strongly in periodic dental exams, preventative maintenances, as well as behaviors that encourage a more healthy oral well being for our patients. From young children to our seniors and everyone in between, we want to see you at least once a year to help you stay on top of your oral health so that undesirable issues and expenses can be avoided.
From adolescents and teens to adults and seniors, all patients are susceptible to cavities and small dental defects. Our dentists commonly use a non-metal, durable composite resin filler that can be color matched to your existing teeth. That's right - no more metal (silver amalgam) added to your mouth and you can always consult with Dr. Tan about having existing metal fillings removed and replaced with tooth colored filler.
Our office is also a certified Invisalign provider! Invisalign is an alternative to the traditional form of braces requiring wires and brackets. Whereas the latter can cause discomfort and aesthetic concerns, Invisalign uses plastic aligners that are made out of plastic, thin, and virtually invisible.

I really like this office. Not a corporate office thankfully, it's a nice small homely office that is honest with me and doesn't try to rip me off which has happened to my last 3 dentists. i have tried some corporate large offices in the past and I always feel I have been sold hard. Really hate that feeling. Here Dr. Tan is very honest and straight up and tells me the work that I need, but I am not being pushed. Good to see an honest dentist for a change.

My gums have always bled a lot when I brush these past few years and I know that I needed a deep cleaning. I tried another local, chain office at first and they wanted a whopping 3k for a deep cleaning. I wasn't sure about it and after hearing a friend talk about Dr. Tan I decided to come here for a consult. He was very nice and just gave me a fee quote of just under 1k, which includes everything. I had it done 2 days ago and I can already feel/see the difference. I am not sure why the other place would charge me so much for exactly the same thing, and they may not have done nearly as good a job

Definitely a Recommend. Dr. Tan is very knowledgeable, friendly, and does a very high quality job. I had a filling that was done previously at another local office that’s gotten loose and causing me a lot of sensitivity. Dr. Tan replaced it very skillfully and I am not trapping food anymore, thankfully. Very nice family office and I am glad I found this place.

This place is awesome!!! I had some major tooth pain on Halloween (a Sunday I might add). I needed a tooth pulled. I was in and out within 2 hours with no pain. Everyone was very nice, professional, and efficient. I will definitely be back for more care. Thank you too all the staff for your prompt and pain free care.

I have had discolored teeth for a long time and finally got the courage to try cosmetic dentistry. I found Dr. Tan through search and am so glad I did! After I described my case with him he went through and described what he'd do for me very throughly, starting with something called wax mock ups and then detailed every step. I finally had it done last month and it has changed my life. I now smile extremely confidently and the teeth look terrific yet natural. Can't thank him enough.

I moved to Spring, TX about 2 years ago and have been searching for a good family dentist near me for a while now, with no success. After a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Tan's office I think I have finally found the one. This is a really quality dental office with very nice people and the dentist himself is very focued on getting the best quality care to us and my kids love it here as well. I have no qualms about recommending this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist in the Spring area.

This place is very unprofessional. When I walked in to my scheduled appointment for 9:00 am on Saturday morning I had to fill out forms i had already filled out online. The waiting room was very dark and the receptionist was watching a movie on a screen that was very visible as I walked in and she only paused her video as I said hello at the reception window. She went on to give me a tablet to fill in my information in a dimly lit waiting room. I could hear conversations from all in the office about varies topics including the business of the day. Our family has a vacation home in the area. We found Dr. Tan based on his excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. The office is clean, and homely with a simple enviroment. Most importantly the people were great, from Maria at the front desk to Dr. Tan and his assistants. I can't find anything to criticize and I am a picky one. We were treated with respect and care that I have never felt at a diffrent dentist office. Thanks for everything Dr. Tan we are patients for life.

I found Spring Complete Care Dentistry from their great reviews on Yelp. The dentist Dr. Tan was very friendly and extremely professional, to the point and knows what he's doing. I had cleaning as well as extensive dental work done here. Dr. Tan shows you exactly what the problems are and what he can do to fix it. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tan and his staff are truly amazing. This was by far the best dentist visit that I've had during my 43 years of living. The environment is relaxed. They are very attentive and thorough. They go above and beyond to address your concerns and explain your treatment(s) while being patient. I really felt valued as a patient. I feel grateful to have found this office and my new dentist.
