Hartshorne Plunkard
Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture is an architecture, planning and interior design firm that practices nationally from our Fulton Market studio in Chicago. Since 1987, HPA has striven to deliver design interpretations that share a common sensibility toward placemaking. In collaborative partnership with our clients, our creative team develops inspired and timeless architecture that responds to the unique attributes of each project.

On our engagements, we undertake a rigorous study of a place and its history, patterns, and strengths in order to develop design ideas that are infused into our buildings, making them feel like they belong and are authentic to their space. Developer unveils plan for almost 2,700 Goose Island apartments, in four towers as tall as 56 stories.

Report
If you're looking for a firm with top-notch, quality architecture and very nice architects to work with, this is the place! They are located in a reachable location within the West Loop, kiddie-corner from the old Fulton Market. Their buildings are amazing and diverse with projects ranging from new construction (hotels, condominiums, apartments, high-rises, houses [less often]) to mass renovation of historical pre-existing structures. Check out their website for more information.
