The work I had done here was quick and very professional. My car now looks brand new. Personnel is very friendly and accommodating. I'm very happy with the service and work. I highly recommend talking with him before signing on anyplace else.

Would recommend this business in a heartbeat! Les is wonderful to work with—honest, friendly, and fair. My bumper was fixed earlier than expected and looks brand new, and I felt like I was dealing with a professional yet genuine individual, rather than merely transacting with a shop. Hopefully no more car damage in my future, but BumperMasters has absolutely earned my repeat business if I ever have future needs.

So this tow company refused to use the tow hook built in to my car, insisting on fastening their chain to the frame instead. When they offloaded from their flatbed, this chain caught on my front bumper and virtually ripped it in half. They don't make bumpers for a 1998 Mercedes S320 any more; a two-month nationwide search turned up nothing.
My tech steered me to BumperDoc, who first said "no," then said "Well, they *could* ... but it wouldn't be a *good* repair, and no warranty."
Another online search brought me to BUMPERMASTERS.

I had very noticeable scratches on the bumper of my Lexus RX350. I submitted pictures of the bumper to Les at Bumper Masters. He called in a timely manner to fully explain the work that needed to be done and when he could do the job. Les completed the job in one day. I am very satisfied with his work. The bumper looks brand new. Les does exceptional work at a fair price. I highly recommend Les at Bumper Masters.

I had my truck's front bumper and above my windshield repainted as rocks had chipped it and rusted it. Les was extremely professional, kind, and quick. I take meticulous care of my vehicle and it was returned to me in pristine condition. He also had the best quote after calling three other companies. Such an amazing experience for my husband and I! Having car issues is never easy and very stressful. Les, the owner, is very professional, super nice, very quick, and gets what Needs to be done right away! I called Him late Tuesday night and left a voicemail for him. Extremely unprofessional. I sent pictures and info and never received a quote. Asked if it could be done and responded with just "no". Never gave me a time to reschedule. When asked when he would be available he replied with "I'll let you know". Seemed very unprofessional to me and not a good way to run your business. Contacted another body shop close by and they were 100x more helpful. Even walked me through how I could fix it myself. Really bad experience with this place.

Had two quotations from body shops and Bumper Masters came it at less than a third. Les was really great to work with. The final result was outstanding. Could not tell that any work had been done. Les is amazing! He worked with me on my budget as well as when I could save enough money to get both front and back bumper repainted and refinished. He was in constant communication with me and even worked late into the night to get our car done in 24 hrs. He was extremely fair priced and had excellent work ethic. I highly recommend him!

I was in my Mini Cooper when I was hit from behind by a full size car and pushed in to a truck. Luckily the other car wasn't going to fast, so there wasn't a ton of damage, but I took it to 2 body shops, and they wanted to replace both bumpers for over $2k! I'm so thrilled to have found Bumper Masters. They repaired my bumper instead of replacing them, and the price was much more reasonable! I have taken my car to Bumper Masters numerous times. I have a 2005 Nissan Murano which I have managed to keep looking like new thanks to the meticulous work I have received.
