I love love LOVE this bakery! They respond to emails quickly and accommodate to what your asking! I have ordered twice now and both times 10/10 experience! Devi made a custom cake for my parents anniversary and even took the time to research and make it correctly! Not anyone would do that!! The cakes have turned out beautiful and made the night! We just ordered another one for a birthday which was lemon and absolutely was amazing the cake base it just so moist and textured in the best way possible! Its not too light where it feels like nothing but not dry or crumbly either just perfectly moist

We had a "fare thee well" party for our boss, going on to another job. I got a Cookies and Cream cake for her family and Coffee Lover's cupcakes for all of us. I didn't get a piece of the cake, but if it was half as good as the cupcakes...OMG. The cupcakes were incredible.
Oh... and speaking of cupcakes... they have cakes in a cup. When I was first ordering for party, I had to pick up a "S'mores" flavored one. I think its evil that they have such good cake just ready for a walk-in... just EVIL!

We are so grateful that we chose W.OW. Cakes for our wedding cake. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we got EXACTLY what we wanted. Dev (owner) even special ordered a stencil and practiced for months so I could have a floral lace pattern on my cake.
We were able to choose multiple flavors, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the cake was.
Lastly, they even provided a complimentary 1 year anniversary mini cake so we could celebrate our special day with a sweet reminder of our day.

I've used them quite a bit in the past, and referred my family to them as well. And they usually always did a good job. But the cupcake basketball cake they made for my nephew's 13th birthday (in March 2021) was poorly made, looked rushed, and did not appear to be done by a professional. When I called, the person I spoke with was kind, but they did not resolve the situation or follow-up to ensure their customers were happy. Really disappointed. We ended up getting another cake from Dillon's. Smh

I went to my cousin's wedding this weekend--she's had this planned for over a year and had her wedding postponed due to COVID. She's waited an extra six months to have the wedding of her dreams, and then on the day of her wedding, the cake doesn't arrive at the agreed upon time. Super disappointing experience and will NEVER use WOW cakes again. If I would've known the all the trouble I would go through for the things I ordered beforehand, I would've gone somewhere else.
WHERE TO START.....our tasting was a disorganized mess. There was too much going on for the 2 people that were working. They were running back and forth between our tasting and other people coming in to place orders, and answering the phone. We had to keep repeating what we had just talked about with one person to the other person when they would switch. Discussing the final bill was also a huge mess.

WOW! Wow cakes did an amazing job with my cake and did a great job at improvising! my florist ended up needing to change some things around and did not have near as many flowers for the cake (they were supposed to be more like a sash across the cake). They still managed to get flowers on there and arrange them beautifully! They did a stellar job with the cake decorations and My lord the taste was out of this world! We chose two (technically three) flavors. Their vanilla almond was on the bottom of each tier then one was raspberry margarita with buttercream in the center then the other was the vanilla

My wife and I were married tonight and we were blown away by WOW cakes. From the presentation, to the taste, it was fantastic. We got several of the gourmet cupcakes, a tier cake to cut and a groom's cake that looked like a taco. It was amazing and we will recommend wow cakes to anyone who needs an event cake in the future.

We went to Wichita to celebrate my kids birthdays. (My husbands family is from there) after looking online I decided to email wow cakes. Thank God I did! Everything was absolutely amazing. They were very professional and answered all my emails promptly. Upon arrival I was very nervous to see them....... but they were absolutely beautiful!!!!!!!!!

Awesome experience! We ordered a cake and cupcakes for my parents 50th anniversary party. I didn't really know what I wanted when I went to their shop but they were patient and extremely helpful so I was able to place my order that day. Then I had to double the cupcake order 4 days before the party which they said was no problem at all. We transported the cake and cupcakes ourselves but they gave us advice so we didn't have any issues. We set the small cake on the top tier of a cup cake stand then put the cupcakes on the bottom tiers and on on several other cake stands. It was beautiful

Have nothing but great things to say about WOW Cakes! Worked with them from another state to prepare a Dr. Seuss themed cake for my sister's twin baby shower. They were great to work with, very responsive and helped with the creation of the cake to my budget based on my inspiration images! Also have gluten free options! June is busy for birthdays in my family, and then there is also Father's Day. This was my first time using WOW cakes and i must say I was thoroughly impressed. I wanted to do a birthday and Father's Day cake and how no ideas. I left it up to them. I also wanted to do vanilla but the lady helping me suggested vanilla almond. I placed an order for a baby shower cake 30 days in advance. I sent a photo of what I wanted, with a few modifications. I asked for a photo of the finished product as soon as it was done. I received a photo the day before I picked the cake up and was highly disappointed, in that while it was a pretty cake, it was not what I asked for-the shape of the quilted pattern was off, there was no stitching on the pattern as there was in the photo, it lacked the puffy tufted look also shown in the photo, and the placement of the beading was inaccurate. My mother in law threw me a baby shower back in Aug 2013. She went over the reviews of my cake with wow cakes and it was suppose to be mint green, navy, coral, with gold cheetah print, gold glitter dusted on top, and a big bow on top. ( to match her room) also the filling was suppose to be a lemon custard type stuff. While searching for wedding cake options, my husband and I scheduled tastings at three different local cake businesses around Wichita. Obviously we went with WOW Cakes because of 1) their prices 2) their flavor options and 3) their willingness to sit with me and talk about how I wanted the cake to look.
The other two businesses failed in multiple ways (especially after visiting WOW Cakes first). One place

My wife photographed a wedding today, cake by WOW Cakes. Or it would have been if they had been at the shop like they agreed. Should have been open at 8 to pick up a cake for a wedding at 10. They called at 1:15 saying they could get the cake then. The "emergency" number given was just the shop phone that went to an answering machine. Pathetic. Don't waste your money.
