Ordered flowers to be placed on a gravesite out of state, the delivery driver Omar was kind enough to send a photo to reassure our family that the delivery had made it safely. My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with flowers and he paid extra for them to ship on that same day but I never received my flowers until three days later. He specifically ordered chrysanthemums but instead I got something different. Don't get me wrong I love the flowers but my personal favorite are chrysanthemums. The flowers were beautiful until the next day. The dots are a kind of fungi. they were my daughter's. Thank you for offering my daughter a replacement. I asked my sister in, who is a professional florist in New Mexico about the dots. I wanted to take them to you all, but I am recovering from COVID :( I hope the replacement makes it better for her. We can post a review of the replacement :) Our thermostat and furnace is brand new and the HVAC team set it to 70 degrees. I get flowers once a month and they do last a week, we trim them and take good care of them. :) thank you for your quick response
