I have practiced physical therapy across the age spectrum; from teens to geriatrics. I have worked in various settings including acute care, subacute care, and most recently an outpatient clinic focused on women's pelvic health care. I received my Master's in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 1993.
My recent advanced training has been through the Institute for Birth Healing and Core Exercise Solutions. I am passionate about providing a holistic approach to restore balance and optimal function to each client. Many physical and hormonal changes occur during pregnancy which create changes in: joint alignment, muscle function, posture and spinal mobility.
