I first started my career with a small boutique brokerage in Belmont Shore, back in 1997 (LB Brokerage, Inc.). I then joined Keller Willaims Realty because of their strong national presence and foundation. It was only during the Pandemic of 2020, that a friend left a high-profile brokerage and introduced me to eXp Realty, and I was so impressed by the companies virtual brokerage, I decided to join.

We had an outstanding experience working with Renee to buy our perfect home in Costa Mesa from start to finish!
My dog Piper and I are from Seattle, Washington, and we were new to SoCal. Our long-term dream was to move to SoCal with a nice backyard for Piper. My husband & I were in town visiting our daughter & she told us about a place down the street that was for sale. She thought it would be perfect for us as it's 2 blocks from her & our grandchildren. .we called Renee from the For Sale sign, and she negotiated a a deal too good to pass up. Within days we were in escrow it moved quickly . With Renee's resources and local expertise leading us down the finish line in record time, we were in our new place in a month. We are thrilled to have the perfect place close to our kids and having a home in Orange county is a dream come true

We met Renee a couple of years ago when we first started looking to move to Costa Mesa. We lived in Irvine at the time and we wanted to move closer to the beach. Every weekend we would go to a few open houses and ended up meeting Renee at an open house when we first started looking to move. At the time we didn't have an agent and Renee asked if she could keep in touch with us- we are so glad she did. Fast forward to a year and a half later we decided to put our home on the market and Renee was the only agent we wanted to work with. She sold our home in less than a week with multiple offers

Renee helped me a lot last year with some real estate concerns that I had. She is extremely knowledgeable and has worked so hard that her great reputation has shown for it. I'm very happy I met her and was able to get the help I needed. It's not easy to find genuine real estate agents that are willing to give you honest advice, most of them just want your money but with Renee, she actually cares about your well being and that's why most people see that in her and choose her as their agent. I just sold my house and this lady was the seller agent. The transaction was difficult as her buyer had issues getting a loan. The closing was delayed for over a month.
The agent was completely MIA during the entire transaction. We had to deal with the actual direct to get the deal closed. I hated that I had to pay this lady a commission as she really didn't do anything accept show the house and write the offer.
So, if you are buying a house and want someone to do nothing, this lady is perfect.

My property was listed by another agent for five months and she did nothing except bring in an extremely unqualified couple. She said that she put my listing on Craigs List, but she lied. Then she said that it was her son's fault. She even put in the wrong expiration date, longer than what I signed on the Listing Agreement, and I am sure that was on purpose, so when I caught her on that, we agreed to terminate the agency relationship.
So this put me in a bad time of the year to try and rent out a property, just after Thanksgiving. I met Renee and was impressed with her energy and passion
