With two trail heads, one in Duxbury and the other in Huntington, hikers are warned to be sure to go down in the direction you went up. Just 3 miles from downtown Montpelier, VT, ski or snowshoe through evergreen and active sugaring forests to gentle rolling pastures that provide views of Camels Hump, the Worcester Mountain Range, and our 8th generation maple sugar farm.

Retailing over 2,000 locally grown and produced products including produce, meats, baked goods, cheese, beer & wine, the Co-Op is more than just a grocery store. A local vineyard producing wines from locally and regionally grown grapes, the Vineyard the Wine Tasting Room is open to the general public April - December, January - March by appointment only.

The Langdon Street Tavern presents an outstanding selection of draft beer, including: Fiddlehead IPA.
The Social Food & Drink, located within the The Inn at Montpelier, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch year round to their guests, as well as locals and visitors alike, in Montpelier, VT. The Inn at Montpelier, circa 1828, is a local historic site and has been maintained to reflect its original state as well as the grace and charm of the distant past.
Many clothing stores provide an array of stylish attire from casual to dress. No. 9 Boutique carries a chic melange of clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry and accessories for casual to dress.
