I have been waiting 2.5 months for an estimate, after many calls someone came to look last week but didn't have a ladder big enough to get on the roof? Roofers? Didn't call me, I called again and he asked if I still wanted him to look at it. Oh and now they are booked until spring. Terrible communication and customer service.
