Poor communication with this company. The first round our company never received information on the status of our account, just to find out that under a certain amount they will not reimburse you. Okay, I accepted that seeing the cartridges were mostly refurbished. We gave it sometime and decided to try again this time using mostly HP (38 cartridges, 2 were off brand). Can you believe they lost our delivery "Have no order that matches the cartridges dropped off." Major RIPOFF!!!! If I am not going to get anything in return then I might as well donate them.
