I have been to this property to visit a close friend. My friend was discussing issues that came from dealing with the landlord. Some of the complaints to the property were mold, roaches.
The community isn’t a great choice for a Family Or a single person.
The landlord and his company are not my first choice or my last choice on any rental property at all.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD!!! CONSIDER THIS A ZERO STAR REVIEW. I am currently renting an apartment that this property management company "manages". The only time I have had a semi good service is when they were showing us the apartment, Mary Jensen, the leasing coordinator, was here on time to show us the apartment, we signed a contract and we were on our way. Well, the bathroom fan did not work and they did not send someone until a few weeks later. Mind you, the apartment, located in Bountiful, has no window screens so during the summer we cannot open the windows without inviting all the

If I could I would leave 0 stars! This is one of the worse companies to rent from. No one is ever in the office. They never come to fix anything no matter how many times you call. We went 2 months in the middle of winter with no heat and in the summer they don't turn on the ac units . We had to do all of our own repairs, we called multiple times cause our fridge was broken, with no success. We had to go buy our own fridge. We had to do all of our own plumbing. Their maintenance men are complete jokes. They don't take care of the property and yet try to charge you for the care they provide. They

Horrible treated me and a friend of mine. Like our voices don't matter. And trying to reach. Customer service Was a joke. And so is the rent.said that the upstairs place was $750.but downstairs was $700.then raised to $750. Etc.also we qualified. For a better. Apartment. But gave us a dump. To rent. All in all place is bad. Everything .

The owner Gregory C Ketch is the definition of a slumlord.
Bed bugs, black mold, the worst cockroach infestation I've ever seen in my life (and I'm a pest control technician!), you have to threaten legal action to get emergency repairs addressed, he fills his properties with convicted child rapists and drug traffickers along with the junkies that he can get government money for housing with no regard to cash paying tenants.....
I could go on and on.
If you've had a similar experience, I urge you to report them to the health department, BBB, etc. I've just opened cases against them with multiple

This is the worst property management company ever. Maybe not all the employees but a few in particular especially a leasing agent employed there by the name of Mary Jensen. She was rude ignorant and condescending. She is a liar and will lie to get you into a unit even if it's infested with cockroaches and she plays dumb like she was unaware. She is very unprofessional even messaging me stating "Laugh out Loud LOL" that I was the one begging for a place and yes I desperately needed one for my child and I but no one deserves to be lied to and try to be put in a place of filth. She even was so childish
