I am not sure why there are so many 5-star reviews... I had the worst cleaning experience with Dr. Kim. He was rough, it was painful, and he also seemed like he was rushing. 4 hours later, and my mouth still hurts. This is not okay, and this is not how you treat your patients. I will not return, and I definitely do not recommend Dr. Kim to others who are looking for a dentist in the Laurel area.

I wanted to find the perfect dentist for my family and I did!! I love love love this place! It’s close and in the same professional area as my doctor and my children’s pediatrician!! Crystal is awesome! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR BOTH HER AND DR.KIM. I needed to come in for an emergency, I was in so much pain. Dr. Kim was not in the office and he made sure to stop what he was doing to come save the day! I am so grateful to have found them and I highly recommend going to see them! Thank you!!

Making an appt with this provider for a general cleaning was pretty simple and quick. The staff (a young lady) at the desk was quite friendly and professional. The office space was cozy and clean. The dentist however was another story. 15mins into my wait, the DR called, or rather attempted to call my name, understandably so, while my name isn't difficult to pronounce, it is unique and requires some sounding out. I follow the DR back to the patient room, and as I lay back in the reclining-like patient chair, and the dentist begins to ask me a couple of basic background questions. Questions
