Crystal married into the pest control industry more than 10 years ago and has nearly 20 years of experience in office work and management. Darryl has been in customer service for more than 17 years. He is well-liked by his customers and is now a graduate of the Purdue University Urban and Industrial Integrated Pest Management Course, which has advanced his knowledge in the industry to be better able to meet his customers' needs.

When I moved into my new place their was a roach and ant issue. All the staff and techs that I dealt with were hands down the most professional, polite and helpful people I have had the pleasure of bringing into my new home. They treated me as if I were family and will have my business as long as I stay in the area that they service.

We used BugOut Service for our churches termite inspection as well as installing stations around our church building and two of our utility sheds to protect from termites. They are a great company to work with. I would highly recommend them to any church looking for pest control needs or termite protection.
