Thank you Ryan! I have a hot shot business and had a load to pick up about 50 miles away from Davis. I was experiencing some severe shimmying from my front left tire. I pulled in thinking it would be a day or two before they could look at it. Ryan was on it immediately and diagnosed the problem - truly a life-threatening problem. Three of my lug nut studs had snapped and broken. He was able to remove and replace them quickly.
The overall experience was zero stress and Ryan’s communication and professionalism was above and beyond anything I was expecting. I can’t thank them enough! These guys

This repair shop was recommended by two different people. I had the misfortune of a bad diagnosis by one of the technicians. This diagnostic error caused the vehicle to be towed to the dealer. The person that supervises the shop could not tell me the steps the technician took to diagnosis the issue or if the tech was ASE certified. The diagnosis was a bad pcm (central computer). I was advised to have this repair done by a dealer because of specialized equipment normally only found at a dealer.

Dustin absolutely saved us. We have been driving all night from Omaha to Austin and blew a brand new tire in Oklahoma. Triple A was NO help. He came and met us on the highway and took us to his shop. He also took us on a little tour of Oklahoma while we waited for Walmart to open. We would’ve been absolutely stranded without him. I cannot recommend Dustin and his shop enough. 15/10 service.

Traveling northbound and had vehicle issues. Google search listed P&M. Very professional response and quick service. The owner himself was operating the tow truck. Friendly and courteous. They had my vehicle fixed in hours and I was back on my way. Saved in my maps so if I'm near Davis and happen to have any vehicle issues again they will be my first and only call.
Vehicle issue was a front tire bearing. Considering when things like this happen you are truly at the mercy of what a shop wants to charge. P&M provided me with excellent service repairs

BOTTOMFEEDER. You hold all the cards. There is no need to be helpful ( you weren't) no need to be informative (you weren't. ) You hold my property hostage, you treat me with rude indifference and you think that it's ok. I have no recourse but to sit outside in my company truck and wait. 9 hours Hand you my Visa card and smile was you steal from me. Then drive to Ft. Worth and explain to my boss that had to deal with some con man with a tow truck This is a shakedown Davis .. tar and feathers and the business end of a boot.

My car broke down on a Friday night as my friends and I were heading south for Spring Break. We got a hold of an employee that night (after normal business hours) and arranged for my car to be worked on right when they opened on Saturday. Literally, at 8:02 AM the next day, the car was already on the lift. Paul, the owner, explained what was wrong with the car in a very clear fashion, and he personally helped my friends and I arrange transportation to continue our trip south. Every employee was friendly and helpful. The car was fixed in a timely manner and for a very fair price.

Had my car for 2 months! Had it a week said come get it, it was fixed made it 2 miles before it just died on the hi-way! Rude to boot! Finally got my car back last week and bam! Broke windshield! They admit it happened refuse to fix it. Safelite is coming Wednesday, $389 bill coming your way P&M! Possibly look into small claims court since Im not able to drive it for another week, and have to drive a rental.
