Have only been twice and, so far, I've found everyone to be care oriented and just trying to help patients. Do have to say I've been waiting for a week and a half for lab results for a simple CBC...should've been back the next day. Jackson UMMC TRANSPLANT CLINIC is still awaiting these results!!! Potassium was quite high and sodium is a lot lower than normal. These need to be addressed!!!

Wouldnt even give them a 1 star if I didnt have to write this review. Will diagnosis you with anything that merely fits what they "think" you have. In the first session I was told I was bipolar, had a personality disorder, and schizophrenic... All in just 1 hr. They will charge and add multiple fees to your account without you knowing unless you check your email. Had an appt set up in 3 weeks.. Canceled it 2 weeks in advance and they charged me a late fee AFTER they sent me a confirmation of cancellation email and everything. Girl at the front desk knows nothing about your account when you call
