Shelley has been providing mental health services for nearly 30 years. After retiring from the Minnesota Department of Corrections, Shelley opened Shaffer Professional Services to begin "helping the helpers". She has been a volunteer with the American Red Cross doing Disaster Mental Health and working with our nation's heroes via Service to the Armed Forces.
I realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor my therapy to meet the specific needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, I will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.

Heather has been providing mental health services for over a decade and has helped clients overcome a wide spectrum of issues; from those experiencing acute crises to dealing with daily stressors and life transitions. She has also worked in a variety of different settings, including an outpatient mental health center, a hospital, and the Department of Corrections.
Lindsay has been providing mental health services for the past 4 years. She provided case management services in a hospital and a community support service setting. She then transitioned to work as an outpatient therapist in a community mental health center where she has worked for the past 2 years.
