Motivated by the loss of her beloved son, David Alan Bailey, Jr. aka "DJ", Demetra pushed forward to begin a long lasting journey and life of service. Horrible, just horrible:-( Ruined my Col husband's retirement ceremony completely. Despite obvious mistakes, raw shrimp served "by mistake" and correct shrimp not showing up until 15 min before the event was completely over, food only left out for 30 min or less to eat at the ceremony due to showing up at the wrong time, leaving food out for 1-1.5 hours before serving, removing all the food before people got a chance to eat and lying saying everyone ate the food when the leftovers were visibly being placed back into their truck, bringing the old lunch food (shrimp, soggy egg rolls, soupy chicken
