I'm not impressed. I had gutters installed October of '20. Early June this year we got about 5 inches of rain in a week. Water was flowing(pouring) over the side of the gutter for hours. I called DS after the rain stopped, got an answering machine, left a message stating the problem, and never got a call back. I climbed a ladder to the gutter to find a bunch of leaves blocking the downspout. I cleaned them out to find that the hole in the gutter at the top of the downspout was only about 2" square. The downspouts are 3" X 4". A handful of wet leaves will obstruct a small hole like that. So I climbed

I'm really surprised these guys only have a few ratings! They did a great job, especially Kati in her willingness to do whatever was needed to make sure I understood everything that was going on, the problems and areas of concern, and communicated perfectly throughout the process.
To be a roofing company is one thing, but John and his team really proved to be somebody that I could trust with my biggest asset. Thanks again to these folks and I hope everybody gives them a look when they have any sort of roofing, gutter, or window needs!

Divided sky was so awesome to work with! After I found a leak in our roof they walked us through the process of how to contact our insurance and each step after that. They even helped us pick out which shingles would look best for our roof. Very professional, worked very hard, and had our roof done in one day. I was blown away by their service!

I found Divided Sky Roofers on the GAF website. They list Master Elite Roofers that they work with - GAF Factory-Certified Roofing Contractors. This is the second GAF roofing contractor that I have used in the past 1 10 years (Craddock Roofing in Katy, TX and Divided Sky in San Antonio, TX).
Thanks to the GAF website, I feel that I had found the best roofing contractors out there - twice. John, the owner of Divided Sky and his team were very courteous and professional. They were all very easy to work with. The work was done on time and extremely fast (which is very important with roof replacements

Around the time we bought our house the owner John Hardy came by and introduced himself, let us know his company replaced the roof and to call him if anything comes up with it over the next five years. I couldn't believe it. How kind and professional. When an issue arose I called him, and he was so attentive to our concerns. We discussed our options and without hesitation he fixed what could potentially be a long term problem. Then when we had our first rains yesterday since the repair he text me to make sure all was good. What a professional. I couldn't recommend him enough! Thank you Divided
