I honestly saw really great reviews online for the most part and beautiful pictures the price was right and everything was perfect.

They sure do not hold up to their standards. I called and was greeted so rudely just now!!! Whoever is working there just lost what would have been their best resident. I was hoping to inquire about a 3 bedroom. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and nasty. I'm not sure who ruined your day so early but maybe this isn't the job for you.

Rosario, Ernesto & Mike are wonderful people. Had an opportunity to develop a relationship with them, which is not common in a complex this large. Enjoyed our downstairs unit. Kitchen sink looked out window with purple flowering bushes that attracted hummingbirds - a treat! Our unit in Bldg. 101 wasn't too noisy - my teenage boy possibly contributed to that. We had to relocate further north - management was fair with charges against deposit upon exit. I was raised in a back-then small town of Milpitas, so Greenfield was a good fit for me. First week I was there I was accused of having to many people living there. 3 months later they sen me a eviction letter saying that we were being to loud when it wasnt true they accused my children. my lease was finally up so decided to move even dough the corona virus when I moved they told me even if I cleaned the carpet or hired somebody unless it was the people they hire which would run me like 300 bucks plus cleaning well just was told that they are charging me close to 900 bucks.

I was looking to rent an unfurnished apartment for about 6 month, and one of my friend gave me the contact information for this company. I talked with Jeanette on 10/30/17 and she agree to sent me an email with more information and give me a call the next day as follow up. I never received any further information from her.
So I called her again on 11/1/17 around 10 am. She still remembers me, and she claims that she did sent me an email but it was returned as unable to sent. So I gave her my emails again and she send me a testing email, which went through without issue. So she agree to sent me

Great place to live. Quite, nice size apartments, and pet friendly. Awesome management and maintenance team.

I've had the opportunity to see two of these units and they are absolutely great! Not the biggest but very cozy and brand new!

Very nice and quite complex. I lived only 4 months,but I was very pleased with staff which they were very prompt to help you when needed and frendly. Also spacious and clean apartment!

Very nice apartment complex. They do viewings of apartments from open to close, so that's nice. The floor plans are kind of on the small side, but that's fine if you don't have a big family. One car parking in the residents area, so if you have more than one vehicle, you have to park on the outside of the complex.
I also didn't know that this is a gated community, I like that as well. I look forward to moving in this summer!

I loved my 3 bedroom on the 3rd story, life couldn't get better than that. The staff was super helpful and the maintenance men were some of the most polite people I have ever met. There was never a mess and if something needed to be tended to it was. I loved the gated property and the view! goodness this was a great place to live, had my husband and I not had to move for personal circumstances we would have stayed much longer. If we ever live in the area again we will definitely be coming back. Both Josie and Bobby in the front office are excellent at their jobs and certainly deserve them

I lived here for only a short amount of time, 3 months, but while I was there I felt safe and comfortable. The apartment is spacious and well ventilated and the management is caring and helpful. As I was single with no pets there, I got almost the entirety of my security deposit back. 5/5 would recommend and would stay again!!!

I was moving from out of town and had found the Greenfield Village apartments online. I called and spoke to someone twice (Thursday and Friday 2/27 and 2/28/14) and was advised that they had a 1 bedroom apartment that would be available on 3/1/14 (sat). I drove hours to get there. When arriving I did a walk through on the apartment. Despite it only having a shower I was willing to sign the lease short term anyway. After I filled out the application I was told that they "may not" have the keys to the apartment, keep in mind we already did the walk through. A few minutes later I was told

I lived here for just 6 months to be close to a job nearby. While the area is much less urban than I am used to, I absolutely loved my apartment here. My place looked almost new, and was immaculately cleaned for my move in.

Positives:
They allow pets for a deposit.
Laundromat literally right outside some of the units.
Safe - gated (though some of the gates were broken without replacement while I was there).
Small fitness center (nothing special but the fact that they provide it is more than expected in this region).
Management is very friendly and helpful. (I will have to keep you posted
