What little I knew about the operation of a garage door (apart from clicking the remote button) was even more complicated by the technical expertise by Service Basix. Not a complaint but rather insightful about the mechanics and engineering of a household item that is greatly under appreciated. If you didn't know, the coiled springs above your garage door are the workhorse to lifting and lowering the door.
