Our childcare staff is made up of experienced, trained professionals chosen for their warmth, creativity, experience with children, and commitment to excellence. We employ people who are nurturing, who understand child development, and who respect each child as an individual. We seek employees who value working as a team with parents, colleagues, and volunteers.
We serve children ages 6 weeks - 24 months. Our teachers have child care experience and are up to date on all the rules and regulations to guarantee the safety and well being of your child. We are licensed to and do provide a kindergarten curriculum to ensure their readiness for elementary school and beyond.

Let’s start off with the telephone call, the lady I spoke with was super nice and gave me great information on their facility I enjoyed my phone call with that young lady she made me feel like my child will be safe and happy which is what I’m looking for.Especially being a first time mom and getting me daughter into her first day care I’m super excited for my daughter to start. I can’t wait to see what this facility has to offer my 3 year old.

I was looking for a preschool for my three and half year old boy, I found Laugh and Learn and both my husband and I loved the care and the attention given to our son. We are happy with the service provided. They have security at the door and they also have the application Watch Me Grow this allows access to the child. Most importantly my little boy loves going to school. I would recommend this place to a parent looking for a quality preschool service.

My son has attended Laugh and Learn since he was 4 months old (they were only open about 2 months when he started going). His teachers have always given him one-on-one attention and even when he was itty-bitty, they included him in all of their crafts and activities. The staff all love the kids and it really shows. My son is learning in English and Spanish, which is great, because we only speak English at home. I wouldn't want to take him anywhere else for daycare!

Laugh and Learn is a great place to go for your childcare needs. They cover all ages from 0-5 years old. It offers friendly and professional staff, and the children learn and also have a great time playing and enjoying themselves.

WOW were do I begin to say how my experience at this school is...you may think your trusting professional to take care of your child but in reality DON'T and then the city gives them a permit to care for your child! You may think they'll do a good job but unfortunately this is the worst I've ever seen!! Administrators don't know what the hell their doing teachers don't care, the funny thing is the school allows you to see your child by logging on to CC cameras.

Laugh and Learn Childcare has exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are personable and caring and the teachers are amazing! The staff truly implement the curriculum in a fun, yet meaningful and focused manner and it makes all the difference! Definitely a five stars child care for the Lancaster area!
