We give Suncoast Florist a 5-star rating. The day before Mother’s Day, we missed a flower delivery. They were in touch with our family to let them know they could not deliver the flowers but told them they would attempt a delivery on Monday. Although they were closed on Monday because they were completely out of flowers, they delivered our flower arrangement. The flower arrangement was gorgeous. We highly recommend this florist.

On Friday, May 7 at around 11:30 a.m. flowers were left at my front door and phone message said they had been left. I was out of town and did not return until after 4 p.m. The Mother's Day bouquet was nice but flowers, especially the violet colored roses were almost dead. If I had received a call from your shop I would have informed you to deliver in the late afternoon or on Saturday. The whole bouquet wilted and died by Sunday. These had been ordered online from my son in Japan. and they meant a lot to me. A simple phone call could have avoided this.

I had an incredible experience with Suncoast Florist. At the beginning I was planning a wedding out of state and Jeff helped answer all of my questions. Then we had the opportunity to move to Florida and I'd show up to the store with my centerpieces for advice and I kept adding on items to my original order. Not only were they beautiful, but the prices can't be beat! I had 5 different quotes from florist in the area and Suncoast was the most cost effective, and they had the best customer service from the beginning to the end! So many compliments on my flowers and it helped make my special day even

My husband ordered a Big Beautiful Premium Bouquet from Teleflora who contracted Suncoast Florist, for my Mother for Mothers Day and what she received was NOT what he ordered. She didn't even receive the Standard one, she got less than that! My husband works too hard for his money to throw it away like this. He also ordered a balloon which was never delivered either. Below you will see, the Premium he ordered, the Standard which was their least expensive and what she received. Does this look like an $70.00 arrangement to you???
