Couldn't be happier with our experience with Property Revision. We had our basement done, and it was done on time and in budget. They were consistently communicating project dates and timeline, which helped my wife and I understand where things always stood. There were no unknown surprises when it came to costs. With any home remodel, things always come up, and they were open and honest about each one. They gave us all options to allow us to make a quality and cost effective decision. We will be using them again for any future home remodel needs. I couldn't imagine going with another company.

Jason and his team just finished our house remodel project. It began late last year with a remodel of three bedrooms and a half bath. When they were done, we had no choice but make the rest of the house look as good as the bedrooms. So we almost immediately had Property Revision begin the complete remodel of our kitchen, living room and family room. This included a complete demo, removal of a lid bearing wall, and multiple layers of old flooring. They were originally scheduled for 8-10 weeks and completed the entire project in 6 and a half weeks. They were efficient and very knowledgeable about

I can not recommend Property Revision enough! Jason and his team did an amazing and beautiful job with complete basement remodel. It was done in an amazing fast time and Jason was wonderful to answer all of our questions. Brittney was so helpful in narrowing down options for the design. There attention to detail was impressive and they really went above and beyond our expectations. They were considerate of our budget. Jason had great input and suggestions. Property Revision finished our basement. Our project manager Jason was responsive, followed up, and was patient working with us to design a 1,000 sqft space we could use as an office, kids playroom, media room, and entertainment space. We started by talking to 4 diff companies. None could match Property Revisions attentiveness, cost, and value for the investment. He responds to text at 9pm at night!!! We had changes along the way and Jason was quick to make the design work with our changes. They offered an amazing designer to help us pick out paint colors that would bring to life our vision and

Our home remodel through Property Revision was an extremely frustrating experience. The proposed project was set to be 7 weeks long, it was quasi-complete in 13. The craftsmanship was not up to par and cost $10,000 more than proposed. We had many "add on fees" for items such as - "installation and delivery" (what contractor quotes prices without installation and delivery). Often they had us agree to things verbally without conveying it would change the price (there are laws against this) and then send us a price change agreement weeks later.
