Services
F S Group Architects provides cloud based BIM collaboration with our clients and consultants. This means our 3D models are updated constantly with consultants showing any model clashes/ conflicts instantaneously. BIM modeling reduces errors and omissions in construction documents because we are able to identify problems earlier in the design process.
F S Group Architects is a Boutique Design Firm lead by Mr. Sabir, AIA, LEED AP who has worked as a designer for SOM, Gensler and PDLR on award winning projects before creating his own Design Studio in 2001.
Over the past 20 years Mr. Sabir's team has grown to include very talented and experienced Licensed Architects, Interior Designers and Project Managers to comprise a well-balanced team of 15-20 staff members capable of designing and delivering complete construction documents for large, master planned, multi-building complexes as well as single Tenant Buildings and Corporate Interiors.

Sabir AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, is an award-winning Architect and a Visionary Business Leader serving the Houston community for the past 30 years. The F S Group of Companies he founded two decades ago are established leaders in the fields of Architecture, Design-Build, Construction & Healthcare.
Dana began his 29 year professional career as project architect at Morris Architects working in the design department. From there he has honed his skills while working on many large high-rise hotels and major renovation and expansion projects for the public sector as well as the private. Serving as production and CAD manager Dana was able to create a specialty in the construction and documentation process.
The design approach was to raise the building and provide parking underneath the building. The floor plate was almost 5000 sf and we were able to accommodate two floors providing over 10,000sf. The building is a sweeping curve that faces the freeway and provides excellent visibility. Purification Plant in North Houston.
