Scott and his crew are absolutely five star.. I came in for a low tire because I kept leaking air and found out I had several lug nuts broken off and some other serious issues.. they worked on it for a couple hours fixed the leak and charge me $70 I was grateful thrilled and cannot say enough nice things about these guys.. having a Mercedes can be expensive but they sure help you navigate the waters

So busy I had to wait 2 hours. Lots of people needing windshield wipers and willing to sit a long time to get them.( Is this loyalty or unaware that AutoZone will put them on for free? Purchase and installed in less than 15 min. ) The ladies at the window are friendly. I was happy that a tech asked me about my case before doing anything. I will return for issues that need a tech.

Extremely nice, clean, modern shop. The office employees are true customer service ambassadors extraordinaire ! This shop actually makes appts and is on time !! The shop techs are both knowledgeable and prompt accessorize by the most technically advanced equipment. A side note: the ladies restroom is also very nice. My overall impression - label me a permanent customer. 😃
