Thermoplastic membrane roofing materials are ideal for flat or low-sloped roofs.
The sky's the limit for residential roofing solutions. Kulp's of Stratford is experienced and skilled at guiding homeowners through the plethora of options, including metal, stone-coated steel, wood, composite, slate, concrete or asphalt materials. For the durability and longevity of a metal roof with the appearance of a standard shingle or high-end tile roof, Kulp's of Stratford recommends stone-coated steel roofing.
Many property owners choose wall cladding purely for the aesthetics to break up the monotony of the same building materials. However, wall cladding offers many other benefits depending on the type of material used. By partnering with our sister company, Marathon Metals, LLC, Kulp's can take your vision of a beautiful building exterior and make it a reality.
Spray foam insulation is the industry standard for insulating and air sealing. Applied in one step, these products also help with moisture and sound control and lower heating and cooling bills. Many commercial facilities are made with primarily metal structures. Spray foam insulation inhibits moisture and provides needed soundproofing and temperature control.

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with my new roof by Kulps and would HIGHLY recommend this company. Their sales staff support you from beginning to end and the bid was very detailed as to how they put on the many layers of a roof system to ensure you are getting a great roof that will last many years. The crew that came to work were very experienced and a happy lot--they told me they had been together for many years. They were careful to protect my plants and cleaned up the yard each night (my roof took 3 days). I even called the owner, Robert Kulp to let him know how happy I was with the whole

We also had a concern about a flying squirrel entry site. Seth inspected the whole roof, took a number of pictures, sealed up some small spots in the wood where the squirrels may have chewed through, and put in a few screws where the metal shingles may have curled up.
He worked quickly, showed me the pictures, and explained what
