My name is Sibelia Chaiyahat and I'm glad you're here. I have helped people with their mental health, relationships, and personal goals for over 20 years. We are available to your group or organization to learn more about mental health and related issues. We also provide supervision, mentorship, and employment opportunities to Interns and Associates in need of training.
Sibelia has over 20 years experience as a mental health therapist, helping people heal, live happier lives, and reach their goals. Whether you suffer from depression, PTSD, or are in the midst of a life transition, you will have ongoing support and encouragement from a dedicated professional. She also has a background as a teacher, mindfulness practitioner, small business owner, and raised three boys including one with disabilities.
We believe that most people need counseling at some point in their lives. There are many reasons to seek counseling. You might have serious mental illness or serious symptoms that are not yet diagnosed. You might be struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, emotional regulation, or have a trauma experience that you feel is still effecting you.
A full deck contains four suits that represent parts of our psyche, the people or places we are in relationships with, physical energies, and archetypes. And every person can benefit from talking to somebody. I'm the most anti-medication person, but some people need medicine, and there was a time where I needed some too.
LES Oregon is located virtually in the Portland Metro area, with Telehealth availability statewide. We have clinicians in Douglas County and Marion County as well. We are seeing clients for Telehealth only at this time. Please contact our office to learn more. See our Oregon Clinicians below.

Sure wish I had checked the reviews as I found Sibelia on a site without them. First of all, she lied about her qualification for my purpose. But more importantly, because she was not qualified, she is unabashed about willfully harming a child on the off chance she might ever need to save face. She claims to work with veterans but has no comprehension of what it means to choose honor, morality, and ethics over an unlawful order. All the while, collecting money so she can exploit depressed pricing of a vacation to a developing country in the middle of a pandemic. I hired her to characterize the
