Great experience start to finish! Upon initial contact, they were able to meet immediately the following day. They thoroughly explained the issue and were able to talk through possible solutions with me. Once I decided to move forward, they were able to make the repair on the spot in only 1.5 hours! Total Garage Care came out a couple years ago and repaired the garage from a broken spring and we have not had any trouble from it since.
Then all of a sudden the garage would not close properly, so I called William and he said just send me some picture of what you see and I will see if we can fix it over the phone. Saved us on the repair call and inconvenience on them make another trip out. I would definitely recommend their services to someone else in the future. William is an absolute LIFESAVER! First of all, he answered my phone call right away. He was very personable and professional and accomodating. I called later in the day with an emergency and he came by first thing the very next morning. He did a wonderful job getting my garage door reattached and operational again and his price was incredibly reasonable.
