I inherited a very special wedding ring set that was my grandmother's, but it needed some work. When they handed it back to me I cried, it was perfect! And they were all so very kind and patient while I stood there crying in their store. I now go to them exclusively.

I needed a wedding ring (3 band 14K white gold) sized up one size so I went in to get a quote...I was absolutely STUNNED to be quoted $350.....before taxes!!!!!! The mans reaction to my shock and disbelief was "That's the price of gold and it's only going to go up. Look it up. Research it." He came off arrogant and condescending. Needless to say I did shop around and got it sized plus cleaned, the stones tightened and rhodium dipped for $230.

Great place to do business! They bend over backward to make sure you are satisfied! Nice folks!

My husband purchased my engagement ring from here, and we went back for both of our wedding bands. They helped him find a very unique style of ring that I had always wanted that he could not find in any other jewelry store. The resized our rings for free and always clean my ring when I stop by. There was a small mistake with sizing on his wedding band, but they quickly fixed it and we had our rings in plenty of time before the big day. They are the nicest people ever and I recommend them to everyone.

Found out they buy back gold at 100% of the market price when you make a purchase, or take 10% if you just sell it straight up. This will help me a lot when I have them custom make my ring, which is the plan. Nice staff. The jeweler, Pat, talked to me about all of my options, the process of custom jewelry making and showed me some awesome 3D technology they use to design pieces. I can't wait to get started! I'll definitely post pics of everything while in progress and complete. After looking all over in shops and online, I definitely think this will be the best way I can get my own custom ring

When I walked in, I gave them my price range and custom design and they said they could do it. I thought I might have to dumb down the design, but they enhanced it, and they did it for way less than anyone else I had checked with. It ended up costing them more than they had quoted but they honored their quote. Honest jewelers who make good conversation are hard to find. I highly recommend.

Very nice go away gift for a co-worker. Just get them a picture of the logo you want engraved and they will make it happen. Very happy with the end product.

After shopping at a notable jeweler in KC, we sent Rick our specifications, price range, and a picture of what she wanted. He delivered above and beyond our exceptions in both quality and price. He personalized the band and found a better stone. Great guy, highly recommend!
