If I could give a zero star I would they refuse to work with you on covid and refuse to care about anything other then money. We were late for covid and mt daughter going to the hospital and me going into labor we had proof they didn’t care. They are completely rude and do not care about anything. There never in the office so when you go to pay on time it’s still considered late when they were not there and they change the leases I have screenshots of all of it. Hope they liked being sued

I needed a second chance I'm a felon trying to change my life and they gave it to me. So far this transition into my new place (one of there properties) has been seamless. Any issues I've had they have jumped right on top of. I mean stuff fixed the day I mention something about it
On top of moving at the last min I'm also pregnant and and going out alone so it's super helpful that they are on top of stuff I have already recommended them to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

These people are seriously the worst property management company in Springfield. They are slum lords. If you have children, don’t rent from blue block lofts at the founder’s building. The black in the floors are not supposed to be there. It is from a toxic mold. They lie in their lease. If you need to break your lease, they will ruthlessly go after you, lie to the courts about you, post a notice on your the door to your former residence and never actually use your forwarding address to give you their intent to sue. The lease says you have to give 60 days notice and you may sublease.They do

Worse company every. They don’t work with covid at all they don’t work with any medical issues at all! All they care about is the money. They steal money and make up lies. They are all extremely rude and couldn’t even care about anyone families or life outside of any situation. They evict for no reason!!! I would not recommend to anyone to rent any property through Turnkey management/Blue Block Lofts. After living at the Wilhoit Plaza lofts for roughly 2.5 years, we experienced countless issues with their management and maintenance of the property. To start, we often had to have maintenance return to either finish or fix any maintenance requests we put in, if they bothered to actually address them. Perhaps the biggest issue with this property was the alarming amount of water issues and damage they failed to properly address. My sister and I lived in Roberson place apartments and they were not responsive to the bed bug issue at all. We made complaints for this for the past 6 months and they did not get this fixed. They called pest control to get this fixed and when pest control asked us who was paying for it, they said we were responsible for paying for this issue. Even though we did not bring these bugs here.

Horrible experience. They make up fees and refuse to pay for repairs. They will send someone out but bill you for it
I had been in my house 7 years when my landlord sold the property to Turnkey. They signed paperwork that they would honor .my original landlords lease, but raised my rent and tried to make me pay a other deposit for my pets that was 3 times the amount stated in my lease...which I had already paid 7 years ago. When I disputed their fees they gave me 30 days to vacate. They stated the property owner did not want to renew my lease...what???? Done! Reported to BBB and AG. Made me give

Sarah Rudy at turnkey real estate is the most trashy and unprofessional property manager I’ve ever had to do business with. The times I dealt with her directly gave me the impression that she was on some sort of drug, stay away from this company unless you want unreasonable fees with no explanation. The reviews for this company speaks for itself, when your business has 2 stars you have failed yourself Sarah ☺️
