I called and scheduled an appointment with Thi. They did not show up and I emailed Thi and she said they would have to reschedule.
It was concerning, the lack of consideration to call when she was aware the sales person would not be showing up.
Normally I wouldn't write a review over a no show. Her lack of professionalism is concerning and considering there is another sign company within a 5 minute walk of their office I don't understand how they can chase business away.
