Before knowing anything about jewelry, purchasing that special something can be intimidating. That's why we're here: to educate you about the value of the fine jewelry. Aside from the value of design, it is very often that rarity determines a piece's natural value.
Let the jewelry experts at Arlene's Fine Jewelry teach you about the four Cs of diamonds, the colorful world of gemstones, how the price of gold affects the market, and everything in between.Arlene's Fine Jewelry has a wonderful collection of engagement rings, wedding bands, and semi-mounts to choose from.

The word carat derives from the word carob, a Mediterranean seed, which has an extremely consistent weight for measuring. The greater the carat weight, the rarer, and more valuable the diamond becomes. Five metric carats weighs exactly 1 gram. Some people want the largest diamond possible.
If size is a priority, we at Arlene's Fine Jewelry can help you classify the proper cut, color and clarity to fit your budget economically, and fit your jewelry beautifully. Many of our engagement rings can fit diamonds up to 5.00 carats, but each ring has different size constraints based on its size and the type of setting.

Some people want to buy the biggest diamond possible. Is this always the right choice? The larger the diamond, chances are the more inclusions it likely has, and because it's larger, these inclusions are typically even more visible than on a smaller diamond. But most importantly, if the diamond cut isn't proportioned correctly, it won't return the maximum amount of light through the top of the diamond.
Diamonds become a part of our story. They hallmark our proudest moments like engagements, weddings, promotions, and graduation. Not to mention that evening we wish to look stunning! Diamonds let us be whatever we want, and that is why we feel so incomplete without them! Every time we wear a diamond, it becomes less of an accessory and more a part of us.
While our jewelry was created to last a lifetime, there are some factors that can contribute to the everyday wear and tear of your fine jewelry. Because of the high value and rarity of certain jewelry, some people like to store their jewelry in a safe when not in use. If you have individual gemstones, a soft pouch is good for keeping them from coming in contact with other hard surfaces.

Arlene’s is where friends and family had special, one of a kind jewelry made for me in memory of my late fiancé and our precious time together. Arlene’s then became the
