For years, Lois frequently traveled to Mora to receive cortisone shots to relieve the arthritis in her knee, caused by the wear-and-tear of aging. Apps can be useful in helping us improve our mental health. Yet, as mental health professionals at Welia Health, we think it's important to use them with some caution.
Here are our recommendations. On most days, Becky, a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), can be found on the field, rink, track, or court. She is one of Welia Health's seven athletic trainers who work with area high schools to ensure the safety of student-athletes. Follow a day in the life of one of our ATCs.

Services
In August of 2019, we embarked on a new journey. With our Mora Campus expansion complete, we were celebrating a new era in healthcare-and celebrating under a new name. Since 2011, we had been known as FirstLight Health System after changing our name from Kanabec Hospital. When trademark concerns about the FirstLight name came to our attention, we made the choice to find a new name.
Welia Health suggests using MyChart, an easy and secure way to manage your health care online anytime of the day. Access instructions for follow-up care after clinic, hospital, urgent care and emergency department visits. After permission is granted, MyChart allows users to view and manage the health information of adults or children within your care.
We're the only specialty dedicated to treating the whole person, not just one area of the body. We provide quality healthcare for you and your entire family, for entire lifetimes. Our care spans from prenatal to geriatric, delivering newborns and treating day-to-day health issues of both children and adults.
As a woman, your health needs change over time-and Welia Health is with you at every stage. We're your partner in health. We design our Women's Health services from your perspective, keeping your needs central to our care. We encourage all women to have an annual wellness exam so we can help keep you happy and healthy.
What you want your body to do-and what it's able to do-doesn't always line up. Sometimes parts just don't work-you may need some orthopedic services; the branch of medicine focused on the musculoskeletal system or the complex system of bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and nerves. Our medical specialty, also called orthopedics, focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions and injuries to the musculoskeletal system.

Lack of experience in the doctor and not allowing the fiancé back in the room because of stomach pains. Can’t even see what they’re doing because they target certain clients and who get sick to often and won’t allow anyone back in the room like the hell I live with you why can’t I be in a room with you!!!!! Definitely the worst hospital in the state!!!

Doctors are undereducated when it comes to things like type 1 diabetes and PCOS, instead of listening to their patients, make incredibly rude and unfounded assumptions based off of appearance instead of medical history and actual symptoms. Both my husband and I received poor care and there’s a lack of an attempt for a diagnosis in order for it to be convenient regardless of how their lack of interest comes off as and regardless of the illness or injury. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of care and wrongfully opinionated doctors. Personal opinions should not interfere with your patients care

I've had good and bad before I was 18 my mom gave permission for me to leave school and to go to an appointment alone, just for me to finally get in the room and be yelled at by the doctor himself. My mom called and complained due to when making it she asked and the hospital said was fine. I've also got some amazing diagnosis that I was worried for almost 10 years now. And it was a hassle getting to the point but the the hospital helped in so many ways. It all depends on the doctor u get Lindsey W. At the clinic Tuesdays and I think Thursdays is amazing!

Mora honestly didn’t have the best reputation for their medical services in the recent past.
But there is a new generation of doctors here now and I have been shown so much compassion by them. I feel like there is much less “pill pushing” and the doctors seem genuinely concerned for my health. I don’t usually leave reviews but I have been impressed by the care I have received here over the past few months :)

I was so impressed with the emergency room care and the follow up clinic appointment a few weeks later. The staff and facilities were all top notch in my opinion (I've traveled and lived all over the US and in several countries overseas). The doctors explained everything clearly, took my concerns into consideration and allowed me as much input into my care as I wanted. It was such a good experience and made being injured so much LESS stressful. I'm totally using them again for my physical health issues.

I recently had shoulder replacement surgery at Welia. I was greeted and waited maybe 5 minutes. I was informed through the whole process. All of my questions were answered. Dr. Lamps and his assistants(whom I know) were professional and wonderful! I spent the night in the hospital and was treated with the greatest care. From the top to the bottom, all of the staff were wonderful and made the whole process easy to handle. We in this community, should be thankful for this health system. Thank you Welia for the great care!!

I was in for 3 Hrs and he still did NO good he belittled my Pain, Never looked at my Record to KNOW that I have Cronic isssues. I had to Go back next Morning and saw a wonderful Women who did help my Situation. It is Very Scary to know That Mr Weeks can even Practice!

Seriously the staffs wellness/workout room doors are off of the surgery waiting room! Isn't there some $10 million dollar community center?? I've been in a quit a few waiting rooms, but Never been in one that has that! And a (receptionist? ) that was so rude, and unepathetic. She seemed bothered we were there. It must have been the end of her shift. Who knows she left without a word. A few Staff were going in and out of Staff workout. Even the anesthesiologist. Who even stopped in to check on patient in workout clothes. These people were so unprofessional. But I praise the staff
