I love Big Bens Flooring! They came and did an estimate at our house after our bathroom flooded to replace the tile and hallway carpet.
We got several estimates and Big Bebs were the only ones on time.
They were slightly less too than the other company!
After the job was finished everything looked great and the installers were friendly and professional.
I highly recommend them and they earned all 5 stars for sure!!

This contractor is one I would steer clear of. The first job they did for me they couldn't get both the carpet and flooring teams out at the same time. They left the quarter round for someone else to install, and the carpet guy didn't know how to install the transitions. I had to call them back because they didn't put one part of the floor all the way to the wall.

This company was subcontracted for a recent renovation of our kitchen after water damage caused by a plumber's mistake. Our experience with Big Ben's was comparable to an episode of a sitcom.
Flooring representative arrived on a Friday to measure the kitchen and show me flooring samples. I liked the products he had, but was hoping for some other color options.
