Taylor Duerden, and his management are very unethical. They encourage unethical behavior, and will easily pull you from the load to save themselves 10 bucks. They are very unprofessional. Taylor harassed my driver with multiple phone calls every 5 minutes for "Updates" and continually implied that we were lying to him. I have phone records to prove this. And I will try to upload a screenshot of my drivers call log to this review. My driver has over 10 calls within 45 minutes. Then when my driver was about to check in at the shipper, he put a different carrier on the load for about $10 less. My

Will not pay detention! Manager Darren is extremely rude and unprofessional. The first time I called to speak to him about detention he hung up on me. After following up for an entire week, I was told we didn't qualify for detention because we were late (of course, any excuse in the book to not pay detention). I called the shipper and they confirmed for me my driver was 30 minutes early to his appt AND qualified for detention. I sent Darren a printout of our ELD's just as additional proof. Don’t ever I repeat EVER!!!!!! broker a load thru this company out of Jacksonville Fl. They will book the same load out to another carrier then get you to the shipper and the people will tell you that load was picked up by someone else. This happened to my buddy a few months before it happened to me. I still decided to book a load thru these people and on 7/21/20 it happened to me and when you call in they will tell you they checking on your load and out you on hold then hang up. Dispatcher sends emails and they want respond. Don’t have to like this review just giving a warning to fellow owner

Took a load and cancelled it in a few minutes. A guy by the name TOMMY BENNETT was verbally abusive on the phone. Very unprofessional. All he had to do was blacklist my company but instead he had the guts to verbally abuse me. Am glad I cancelled that load because I would hate to carry for such a company with brokers who treat other carriers as garbage. I would give them a zero star if possible

My son just graduated college and took an interview with this company. Offered him the job right after he interviewed. Told him that he could not give his current employer a two weeks notice and would have to start in 3 days. Thankfully his current company was very understanding and let him go so he could take the role. 24 hours later the company withdrew the offer because he had not turned in the paperwork within 24 hours - paperwork went to junk mail. Thankfully he is a young kid with a family who supports him. What if he had been someone out of work for 6 months due to COVID or a single mom

Bad communication. Their office staff has IQ of 5y.o or less will not listen or figure out problem or come up with solutions. Had 100 days to receive payment for delivered load because miserable excuse and my email with paperwork that I sent they could not redirect to right place or it went to wrong one. They usually scew up as I figured. And they blacklisted my company to work with them when I refused or could not delete bad review that I left on DAT for Sunteck TTS. I'm glad I'm done only one load for them and payment and dont have to deal with them no more!

In my opinion this company deserves negative 10 stars. I dealt with an agent Kyle Foote and this guy needs to be fired and banned from our industry. I had a signed rate confirmation with a pickup between 7 and 8am. Then around approximately 8:15 when back in cellphone range. I was told I am late and the load was given to another company. So he breached our contract. Since there was no special instructions and I had 2 days to make the delivery.There was no issue with my performance after all I brought the same load down on first trip.I'm a US veteran and served my country proudly and I will also

Truckers beware this Company is not a good place to work they steal feom you and they make up reason to take your money. Read your contracts very well. Beware of Harris/Sonny and Rebecca Brown they will rob you blind. No honesty or INTEGRITY they are CROOKS in every sense of the word..Beware You have been Warned..
