Appreciated the ease of going through the buying process with JAKE ARTHUR from sales and SHANE AARON from the finance department. I usually get my oil changes done here on my Lexus but they are way over priced! Overall they are good when you need to make an appointment. I would never go to get my car fixed for any reason here because they are very pricey

The Key fob to my Sienna got disconnected so I called Toyota, who said, "well, I guess we could hook it up to the computer and see if we can reconnect it to the Sienna. It's $53.00." We looked online and found detailed instructions how to reconnect the key fob and followed the instructions to do it ourselves. It worked just fine and saved the $53.00 plus possibly a service charge.......... Glad we looked online!

Had a couple of factory recalls on my wife's Sienna; Brian the service rep was extremely helpful & friendly. He kept me posted on the progress: he even offered to drop it off at my house when the work was complete. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

We walked in 3 minutes before the service department closed on a Friday and they graciously and happily replaced my dead alternator on the spot. We wouldn't have made it to Nebraska without them. Fantastic service and friendly people. Highly recommend.
